How is my purchase verified? Also we are military and have moved twice since then. The dvds are all in perfect condition but the case it a little crushed I still use it. Does any of this matter? I know that I did not buy them from IEW, but I cannot remember the vendor. I do know that it was a new set, and it was not a used curriculum sale. Its still on the boat in the Pacific on the way here! I dont know how soon it will get here, nor if it will get to you if I ship it from here (the mail is rather sketchy, especially if it has interesting things in it like DVDs). I would really like to do the upgrade; how long will it be available? We are hoping to visit family in the USA in April or May; if the old set arrives here in time for that, maybe I could bring it with me to the USA and ship it to you then. ) in the Summer/Fall. A few years later, I loaned it to a friend who returned it at the end of the year with only a couple of the DVDs because her two year old had played with them and they were now broken/lost. Can I send in what I have left and do the upgrade or am I out of luck because most of the DVDs are missing? I purchased the DVDs 2 or 3 years later, though I do not recall if it was directly from IEW or another supplier. Unfortunately I have moved internationally and   changed emails since then, so if I received a digital receipt, it is lost in cyberspace. Likewise, since I never anticipated needing the paper receipt, I did not hang on to it.  Will you take my word for it, or must I have a receipt in order to purchase an upgrade? If so,  may I wait until mid July, when I am in the US to  mail in my old DVDs to save on shipping? Thanks so much!
